Step 03
Auditing & Feedback Session
Next, we analyze your results — including the SWOT and – optional – your personality profile (DISC). In a deep-dive 1:1 session, we review where your strengths create leverage, where you lose momentum, and what changes will create the fastest results. You’ll walk away with concrete feedback and a clear understanding of what to focus on next
Step 04
Rollout: 10–12 Week Development Plan
From there, we build your personalized 10–12 week development roadmap. It’s structured, actionable, and fully aligned with your goals — covering skill growth, mindset shifts, performance routines, and measurable milestones.
The plan is designed to help you execute, stay accountable, and achieve visible progress — in your job, your leadership, and your earnings.
