For more than 20 years, I’ve lived and breathed sales—first as a repeatedly award-winning sales professional myself, and later as a builder of high-performing sales teams and a coach for the next generation of sales leaders. Because I’ve walked in those shoes, I understand the challenges and opportunities at every stage of a sales career.

Across my career, I’ve led and scaled sales organizations of up to 100+ people in both global corporations and high-growth tech companies. From building and leading the agency and enterprise sales teams at StepStone to building out field sales teams at Indeed, sales organizations at Joblift, CleverConnect or kununu, I’ve consistently driven growth while developing talent in the DACH region and beyond. My experience in the German-speaking markets as well as the United States has given me a deep understanding of cultural nuances and career dynamics that shape how sales professionals succeed and how leaders thrive.

Today, my mission is twofold:

  • To help sales professionals unlock their full potential—whether that means improving performance, preparing for a promotion, or confidently stepping into a new company or role.
